Pre Albumin Assay Kit

Pre Albumin Assay Kit from Immunoturbidimetric method is an In-Vitro-batch preparation from sheep antigens purified using cell culture methods. This kit contains various immunoturbid antibodies, available in various strengths. Depending on the bottled type, product type can be classed into high affinity, medium affinity, low affinity, unidirectional, differential, alternating current, and bioreactors. This product is utilized to analyze porphyrins in pre-antigen serum from human blood.

The immunoturbidimetric reagent contains goat anti-human serum, purified water, sterile buffered buffer, specific proteins, and various enzymes. The pre Albumin Assay Kit can be run on mixtures of different weights of antigens. The most commonly used mixtures are: goat serum, sheep plasma, purified water, oral bovine insulin, human albumin, and colloidal silver. The clinical chemistry reagent can also be run on combination of these three ingredients.

The pre Albumin Assay Kit contains an enzyme-based stabilizer. The stabilizer helps to keep the beads and gel in good shape when used in immunoassays. The stability of the beads depends on the type of the reagent. For example, if you use the silver-based reagent, the silver-based stabilizer will ensure better bead appearance than that of the other two types of reagents. In addition, the stabilizer will also help to maintain the accurate results of the immunoassays.

It is not possible to use the pre-made or ready-to-use components for the immunoassays when you run the immunoassay on a mixture of monoclonal antibodies. This is because the bead-based component is usually non-reactive, whereas the two other components are reactive. Hence, these components cannot be mixed together and therefore it will lead to improper data analysis.

There is no ready mix available for this particular kit. Only a manual that includes the steps for the preparation of the serum is included in the package. The instructions for the reagent to be used with this kit should be read carefully before beginning the procedure. The instructions are also available in the package. A reagent for the immunoassay can also be purchased separately.
Prealbumin Assay Kit contains detailed instructions and is easy to use. The laboratory test involves the usage of one or more reagents to determine the binding of a specific panel of sera against a panel of antigens. The main component used in this kit is Albumin which is commonly used in the immunoassays. This is available as a sterile powder and can be dissolved in water. One or more wells can be included in the kit in case of multiple assays.

The immunoturbidimetric method was first discovered in 1970 by Dr. J. E. Mohl. The basic concept behind this method is based on the principles of fluorescence and immunological studies. Fluorescent reactions in which a specific sequence of antibodies is detected will indicate the presence of an antibody that recognizes the sequences. Antibodies will bind to the surface of the fluid in which the immunoglobin is detected in an immunoturbidimetric reaction and produce specific color changes as the antigen interacts with specific probes. These color changes can then be detected by a immunolabile that will enable the isolation, identification and measurement of the antigens.

Prealbumin is included in the immunoturbidimetric set in this Prealbumin Assay Kit to perform the immunology tests. The immunoturbidimetric tests are performed to confirm the identity and the function of immunoglobulin in the human immunoglobulin system. This is the main compound involved in immunity that is required to protect against infections. There are other compounds that help in the formation of this complex protein but these are not involved in the immunoglobulin structure. Hence this makes the kit a preferred choice for prealbumin and other immunoglobulin components required in immunology assays.
