Usage
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the activity of leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
Serum leucine aminopeptidase is widely distributed in various tissues of human body, such as liver, pancreas, gallbladder, small intestine, uterus, muscle, duodenum, serum and urine, especially in liver. Clinically, the assay of serum leucine aminopeptidase is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatopathy. Increased: seen in patients with extrahepatic obstruction caused by gallstones and other diseases, drug-induced liver disease, viral hepatitis, intrahepatic bile stasis, acute hepatitis, and pregnancy.
