Background of Clinical Indications
It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of jaundice hepatocellular, obstructive jaundice, and hyperbilirubinemia combined with increased bilirubin. Increased direct bilirubin is seen in patients with obstructive jaundice and hepatocellular jaundice. Increased direct bilirubin is common in patients with primary bile type hepatic cirrhosis, biliary obstruction, etc., and also seen in patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis. When the total bilirubin is increased and the direct bilirubin is increased, it can be judged as intrahepatic and extrahepatic obstructive jaundice, capillary hepatitis and other bile stasis syndromes.
