Usage
This kit is used to quantitatively determine the content of immunoglobulin G in human serum in vitro.

 

Background of Clinical Indications

Clinically, it is mainly used for the evaluation of immune function and auxiliary diagnosis of immune diseases. Increased: seen in patients with connective tissue disease and nephritis. Decreased: seen in patients with nephrotic syndrome, protein-losing gastroenteropathy, immunosuppressive therapy.
