Blood lipid biochemical detection kit

Blood lipid test is mainly a quantitative method for the determination of lipids contained in blood/plasma. Commonly used inspection items generally include the following categories: ① Determination of total cholesterol (Tch or TC) and cholesterol ester (chE) ② Determination of triacylglycerol (TG) ③ Determination of lipoprotein components and subcomponents ④ Phospholipid (PL) ⑤ Non- Lipid fatty acids ⑥ Determination of trace steroid hormones and fat-soluble vitamins ⑦ Determination of apolipoproteins
Apolipoprotein A1 ApoA1
Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) are important indicators of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease risk factors. ApoA1 is the main structural protein of HDL (about 65% of the total protein of HDL), and ApoB is the main structural protein of LDH (about 98% of the total protein of LDH), so ApoA1 and ApoB directly reflect the content of HDL and LDL. Research data at home and abroad show that the decrease of ApoA1 and the increase of ApoB are risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the detection rate of dyslipidemia in patients is very high. At present, the commonly used methods for the determination of apolipoprotein A1 in clinical laboratories mainly include one-way immunodiffusion method, rate nephelometric method, immunotransmission turbidimetry, and immunolabeling technology.
serum cholesterol
It can be used as a diagnostic indicator for liver function, bile function, intestinal absorption, coronary artery disease, thyroid function and adrenal disease. Cholesterol content is very important for the diagnosis and classification of hyperlipoproteinemia. Normal cholesterol levels are affected by stress, age, gender, hormone balance and pregnancy.
triglycerides
It can be absorbed from food or produced by the metabolism of carbohydrates in the body. The significance of triglyceride determination is in the diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemia. These diseases may be primary or secondary to other diseases such as nephropathy, diabetes and endocrine disorders. Elevated triglycerides have been identified as a risk factor for atherosclerosis.
