About MBS700293 Beta 2 Microglobulin Assay Kit

The MBS700293 beta 2 Microglobulin Assay Kit is a microwell, strip plate ELISA designed to detect the presence of beta-2 microglobulin (B2M) in biological samples. This kit works on the principle of antigen-antibody interactions and features a colorimetric detection system. It detects native B2M in undiluted body fluids, tissues, secretions, and blood samples. The kit is compatible with all samples and includes quantitative QC assays for reproducibility of results.
The Human Beta-2 Microglobulin Assay Kit is suitable for the quantitative measurement of Beta-2 microglobulin in plasma, serum, and urine. Results are available within 90 minutes of starting the assay. The kit is part of the SimpleStep ELISA(r) series and is stable for storage at -20degC and reconstituted at room temperature. It is not recommended to perform repeated freeze-thail cycles, since the sample may lose its bioactivity.

The GSP Assay Kit contains Reagent R1(4x80ml) and Reagent R2(4x16ml). The kit also includes Reagent Ca. This kit contains reagents for the determination of a,-2, and b,-2 microglobulin levels. The reagents for the assay are provided in the kit. The two-step procedure is highly recommended for patients with low blood levels.
Human Beta 2 Microglobulin ELISA kit is a sensitive and accurate method for determining the concentration of this protein in biological fluids. It recognizes both natural and recombinant Human Beta-2 Microglobulin. The Human Beta-2 Microglobulin Assay Kit also includes a reference standard for clinical trials. In addition, the Human Beta-2 Microglobulin ELISA kit is available in 96-well format.

Reagents for the B 2 Microglobulin Assay Kit are the same as those used in Reagent 1-1. The only differences are the concentrations of guanidine hydrochloride and protein denaturants. These components are dissolved in 20mmol of glycine buffer solution. The other reagents are TX100, bovine serum albumin, and trehalose.
